Conditions of use for the AgenSpace platform

By accessing or using the AgenSpace platform, the user declares that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any provision, you should not use the platform.
AgenSpace is a free community platform for discovering, publishing, downloading and rating artificial intelligence agents. The agents available on the platform are created and shared exclusively by community members and have no connection, warranty or liability from AgenSpace regarding their content, quality or functionality.
To publish agents and interact with the community, the user must create an account providing true and up-to-date information. The user is responsible for maintaining the security of their access credentials and for all activities performed under their account.
The user who publishes agents on the platform declares that they are the author or have legitimate authorization to share the content. The author is fully responsible for the content, functionality and security of published agents. AgenSpace reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any agent that violates these terms or is considered harmful to the community.

The user is fully responsible for all artificial intelligence agents downloaded and used from the AgenSpace platform. AI agents are sophisticated programs capable of performing autonomous actions in development environments, infrastructure and production systems.

By downloading any agent, the user agrees that it is their sole responsibility to read, understand and fully evaluate the agent's operation before using it. AgenSpace strongly recommends that all agents be tested first in isolated and controlled environments, and only after thorough analysis and complete understanding of their operation, the user should decide whether it is appropriate to integrate it into their workflow or production environment.
AgenSpace acts exclusively as an intermediation and sharing platform for agents created by the community. The platform does not audit, validate, guarantee or certify the operation, security or quality of any available agent. AgenSpace is not responsible for any damages, losses, data loss, service interruptions or any other direct or indirect impact resulting from the download, installation or use of agents obtained on the platform.

Non-compliance may result in permanent suspension or termination of the account, without prior notice.
All software, code, design, features, brand and technology of the AgenSpace platform are the exclusive property of AgenSpace. Copying, reproducing, modifying or reverse engineering the platform is prohibited. Agents published by users remain under the intellectual property of their respective authors.
AgenSpace strives to keep the platform continuously available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may experience temporary interruptions for maintenance, updates or technical failures.
AgenSpace shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, data loss, service interruption or any damage resulting from the use of the platform or agents available on it. AgenSpace's total liability in any circumstance shall be limited to the amount demonstrably paid by the user to the platform.
The user acknowledges that artificial intelligence agents may generate incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete or inadequate results. The platform does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability or adequacy of actions performed by available agents. The user recognizes that it is their responsibility to review, supervise and validate the operation of any agent before and during use. Actions performed by agents do not constitute professional, technical or any other kind of advice.
The user agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless AgenSpace, its partners, administrators, employees and partners from any liability, loss, damage, cost or expense arising from misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms of Use, non-compliance with applicable law or third-party claims related to content published or agents used by the user.
It is the user's responsibility to protect their passwords and access credentials. AgenSpace is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from the user's negligence in protecting their login information.
The user may request account termination at any time. AgenSpace may also terminate accounts that violate these terms. Published agents may be removed along with the account.
The platform is intended exclusively for users aged 18 and over.
Brazilian law applies to these Terms of Use. Any dispute shall be resolved in the court of the capital of São Paulo, except when mandatorily required by law.

AgenSpace may change these Terms of Use at any time to reflect legal, technical changes or service improvements.
